All sales enquiries, service bookings and wheel-building consultations go through the contact form below. This is the only way to reach the workshop — we don't take calls or walk-ins, but every message gets a reply within 1–2 working days.
Before you write
Buying a bike
Mention the model you're interested in (e.g. Riviera Road Elite, Cascade Hybrid, Summit Trail), your preferred size, and whether you'd like a test ride or fitting appointment.
Booking a service
State your bike's make and model, what needs fixing or which service tier you want (Basic Tune-Up, Full Service, Premium Overhaul), and your preferred drop-off days.
Wheel building
Describe your riding style (road, gravel, mountain, touring), your weight if you know it, what bike you're building for, and your budget. We'll sketch a spec and quote before you book.
